First Time for Everything.

I have never shot a gun...
until this weekend.
Well I take that back I have shot a bb gun, but come on.
Well we have been talking about moving to Tulsa and all I hear on the news is
so and so got shot or so and so got robbed.
And frankly I'm a little scared.
So, my buddy has quite a few guns and I got to shoot a real gun.
Not just one gun a few guns.
Yea, I shot 13 different guns in one day.
I was always afraid of a gun.
And I should have been, there heavy and powerful.
SCARY
But if you just do it and you ever need to defend yourself or your loved ones you can.
So after I faced my fears...

I felt like a badass.

As did Shane, although he's shot a gun before.
Let me also state, we did not shoot ANY ANIMALS.
I am a vegetarian and do not believe in hunting.

And by the end of the day...

Our arms paid for it.
Shanes arm on top, mine on bottom.

Well thats my experience with guns.
And here is just a cool photo I got while we were out there.

Hendrix

Our newest member of the family.
His name is Hendrix and he was given to us by our friend Dan.
Dan found him in the Ghetto were he works.
No he's not a hooker, he works at a liquor distribution factory.
This kitty was super skinny and super sweet, and still is.
He likes to climb on our shoulders and just purr all day.
Curious little guy, he would barely let me get a good pic of him.

Straight up Awesome!

So Shane and I have been talking about getting bikes since the summer, but bikes are kinda pricey and were kinda lazy. I don't know if it was the weather or the trying on jeans that don't fit, but today we finally did it. We bought bikes.
Awesome Bikes!
I was inspired by my moms old bike and I wanted to fix it up and ride it but today I just had to ride.
I still plan to fix up my moms old bike and ride it too when Im old and give this one to my future daughter, but we'll pass that bridge when we come to it.
This is my moms bike, well my bike now.
The tiers are flat and the chain is super rusted. Not much needs to be done to fix it up and I can't wait to finish.
But until I buy the new tires and what not I will be riding the bike I have now, or I might sell my white bike, we will just have to see.

OHHH Also on top of the bikes today...I started my photography website!!!
